1. About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Golden Touch Barber website (the "Site") and the services we provide at 21 Bell Street, London NW1 5BY (the "Shop"). By using the Site, booking an appointment, or visiting the Shop, you agree to these Terms.
Golden Touch Barber is a barbershop operating in England and Wales. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Golden Touch Barber.
2. Bookings & appointments
Appointments may be made by walk-in, by telephone on +44 7725 692486, or via WhatsApp. We do not currently take a deposit, but we ask that you let us know at least two hours before your appointment if you can no longer attend. Repeated no-shows may, at our discretion, result in a future deposit requirement.
Please arrive on time for your booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to protect later bookings.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on this Site are guideline rates. Final pricing is always confirmed at the chair before service begins and may vary depending on hair length, complexity and the barber you book with. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Payment
We accept cash and all major contactless cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We do not currently offer credit accounts.
5. Children
Our Kids Cut service is for children aged 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the appointment.
6. Health & safety
Please inform your barber of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe it would pose a risk to your health or safety, or to that of our staff or other clients.
7. Refunds
We take great care over every cut. If you are not satisfied with your service, please tell us before you leave the Shop and we will do our best to put it right at no additional cost. We do not generally offer cash refunds for completed services.
8. Use of this website
This Site is provided for general information about our services. While we take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. We may update the Site, including these Terms, at any time without notice.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, or scraping content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, video, logos and design — is the property of Golden Touch Barber or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Third-party services
This Site uses third-party services including Google Maps, Google Fonts, Firebase Analytics and embedded video. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
