Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but evenings and weekends fill up fast. The easiest way to lock in a chair is a quick WhatsApp message — we usually reply within minutes during opening hours.
How do I book?
Three ways: message us on WhatsApp at +44 7725 692486, call the shop, or walk in. No deposits, no fussy app sign-ups.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and all major contactless cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes — our Kids Cut service is for gentlemen aged 12 and under. Patient barbers, a relaxed pace, and a small treat at the end of the chair.
Can I request a specific barber?
Absolutely. Let us know in your WhatsApp message and we'll do our best to match the day and time to your preferred barber.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. We just ask that you let us know at least two hours ahead so we can offer the chair to someone else.
How long does a haircut take?
A Signature Haircut takes around 45 minutes. A full grooming package — cut, beard, and shave — runs about 90 minutes. We never rush the chair.
